BENCH LIFE IPSWICH

A collaboration between ParkLife Ipswich x Thisis.Ipswich

Every bench in our parks holds a story. Through Bench Life, we’d like to capture the memories, humour, passions and connections of those remembered on benches in Ipswich. By placing a ribbon with a QR code on each bench, people will be able to connect with the life behind the name through short films, photography and shared stories from the people who knew them best.

Whether you’d like to be filmed, have your voice recorded or share words and photos, this project offers a space to remember loved ones in a warm, informal way. Each story will be written down and crafted into a three-minute film and shared on ParkLife Ipswich and This is Ipswich platforms.
